China has started selling the world's first smartphone with memory capacity of 128 gigabytes. According to local newspaper IT 168, the device is very popular among Chinese youth.
The gadget was designed by the Chinese company Meizu by the acronym MX3. Previously, the device was sold with a storage capacity of 16, 32 and 64 gigabytes.
MX3 is equipped with a 5.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1800x1080 pixels. The device works on the basis of Samsung Exynos 5 1.6GHz processor using 2 GB RAM.
Thr battery capacity is 2400 mAh, which is not the highest among Chinese smartphones.
MX3 has a digital camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels, image stabilization and the ability to capture video at 20 frames per second. Cost of the device with a storage capacity of 128 gigabytes in China is 3,999 yuan ($ 656).
